Robot on icon pop quiz character level 5 page 2
When you're done head out to the wasteland and pop back into Santa Fe to drop off the cat litter bags you've collected then head back out again. Head inside and speak to the Old Man merchant. Go through his dialogue and choose 'Pay' for him to mark a location on your map. In return, he also has a healthy supply of 7. Go west and you will here the cries of a Child of the Citadel troop.
Head over and they will ask for your assistance agree. If you like you can attack them anyways for some bonus XP. They ca be a bit tough but if you bought all the weapons earlier, you should be able to fend for yourself just fine.
Whatever you decide to do, head south where you will find five Workerbots and a Meson Cannon. Once all the enemies are dead, loot what you can making sure you also find a bag of cat litter where the Mason Cannon was unless you picked it up in the middle of looting.
Go north from where you are until you find a grocery store. Here you will find a toaster which will give you a Dog Whistle. Head over to Angel Oracle and go slightly south-west. A couple of messages will play out of the radio before you get a distress call and orders from HQ to check it out.
Head over to the new site and enter. Head inside and when you get onto the ship, examine the Ranger Star painted on the wall. Head east looting the bodies as you go and look for one of the cars which you will be able to examine revealing a Synth arm. Continue east to meet with he Civility Enforcement group who will confront you. When asked who you are select 'Identify' then 'No', 'Truth' and 'Planted' to avoid a fight there is a chance they will end up attacking anyway, if this happens it is ok to fight and kill them.
Once you can move around again collect a bag of cat litter on the ground, then search for a terminal next to one of the shipping containers. Use Computer Science on the terminal for some XP, then use the Display Screen to repair it and have it mark a shrine on your map. As you leave you should see a ladder. Send Ralphy up to open and loot a toaster for some Gloves.
Once you have these you can leave. Back in the wasteland walk around a bit until you are contacted by HQ again and a new location is added. Head over as soon as you can and enter. Head into town where you will come up behind a large group of Children of the Citadel. Attack to begin the fight and have your characters focus primarily on the axe wielder, as he can deal massive damage, especially if he lands a critical hit.
Once the fight is over speak with Roger Lee at the gate. When you do, Don't use the Hard-Ass option. The Civility Enforcement group will now arrive and Roger will tell them what really happened. Speak with the Enforcement leader and go through both options. They will then leave after giving you the Hard-Ass skillbook R. A Yelling Man's Man. Speak with Roger again and he will let you have what loot you can get out of an old safe the town owns, but have never been able to open. Inside the town will be a container on the south end with explosives rigged to it.
Open it up to get another bag of cat litter. On the north side of town will be a toaster with a Metro Bus Schedule inside. Before you leave, visit the local merchant to sell junk and buy ammo. Then head out to the wasteland.
Return to Santa Fe and take out seven cat litter bags, then talk to Woodson to have him start working on the radiation suit upgrade.
When you have done this leave Santa Fe. As soon as you reach the world map, Woodson will send you to a new location so head on over. When you enter, a man will come running from behind a building only to be killed by a Synth Sharpshooter. A battle will immediately follow with you being ambushed by the Synth, as well as eight Children of the Citadel.
Focus your attacks first on the Sharpshooter, then take the rest of them out. Once all the enemies are dead loot the area. You should find a medical container, a couple of digging spots and a bag of cat litter though we don't need it now you can then leave. On the world map Woodson will let you know the radiation suits are ready, so head back to Santa Fe.
Head in to see Woodson and collect your new radiation suits. As soon as you do, the building will be attacked by a group of Dugan Workerbots.
Once you have fought them off, equip the new radiation suit and put the old one into storage. Then head out to the world map. Now that we have the new suit head to the south-west corner of the map to a Mysterious Shrine behind the radiation. When you enter you will fight a group of Flies of an Unusual Size. They are easy to deal with. When the enemies are dead, get a skill point from the statue to the south.
Inside go to the far end of the corridor and use the terminal, read the research logs for some XP, then return to the wasteland. Head north on the map just above Santa Monica to uncover a new location where a black X waits. Check your inventory for painkillers, if you don't have any the merchant at HQ sells them. Enter when you arrive. Head west to quickly encounter three Workerbots.
Once they are dealt with head over a bridge where you can find a merchant. To the right you can speak with a man named Curly Bill. Inside the building look for Bill and talk to him about the Denture Paste, he will ask you to bring him some painkillers in exchange so hand them over to get the paste then head out to the wasteland again and return to Angel Oracle.
Head inside and go down the stairs into the central area. Go west and speak to the man standing inside a red square. Exhaust all of Jonathan's dialogue and say you will do him a favour. Head over to the other side of the area and speak with Mr. Give him the Denture Paste, then ask him about the thief. From Paladino go into the fenced off area in the middle of the area and approach the cell to speak with Fletcher and exhaust his dialogue.
After this conversation have somebody other than your Demolitions character as your actively controlled one, because you will lose them for a short period of time.
Head back up the steps and you will be contacted by HQ giving you a new location on the map. At the top of the stairs Sheriff Marshall will inform you that Fletcher has escaped and believes you have something to do with it. Go through the dialogue and whoever you chose to leave the party will be taken hostage until the matter is resolved. Head back down the stairs and examine the cell now holding your character hostage to find a blood trail.
Speak with the guard next and use the Hard-Ass option level Head up the stairs and go west and into a doorway to meet the Civility Enforcers Captain.
Speak with them to find out some uniforms went missing. Feel free to also loot the safe in the room next door. Head back down the stairs and go west to a gate.
Head through into a farm area and follow the fence line until you find some footprints which you can examine. Follow the footprints until you find Elizaveta and speak with her.
Choose 'Fletcher' then 'Shocked', followed by 'Away', then choose the Hard-Ass option when it opens up. Once you've done this, exhaust all of the dialogue. Go east from Elizaveta to find Roger Yee and talk through all of his dialogue options, then open the safe behind him and take the Poppy Syrup.
Head back to the footprints and follow them to some vents, examine them then speak with Lindy Lou and go through all her dialogue. Follow the footsteps again back to where they begin. In this area look behind the water tower for a digging spot then speak with Gene Cronk. Go through the first couple of options then take the Smart-Ass choice when it presents itself for Cronk to mark Fletcher's Hideout on your map.
Exhaust the rest of the dialogue, then head out to the wasteland and go north-west to the new location. Head north until you meet Zoe and Doe. Go through the conversation to learn what's going on. Next, head inside the brothel doors to the north to fight eight God's Militia troops. Once all the enemies are dead, you can loot the safe in the main room.
There is a skill statue at the back of the brothel but seeing as you are a character short it is best to wait until later. When you are ready head out to the wasteland and head over to Fletcher's Hideout. Head north until you go through a gate into a yard, here you will fight four Workerbots but be careful as there are landmines around the place.
When the fight is over deselect the party and take your Demolitions character for a lap around the building to defuse them all. When the coast is clear, bring your party to the back of the area and use an explosive to open up a shipping container. Inside will be a locked container with a blunt weapon called Truth. Head inside the hideout to find a safe and some containers before speaking with Fletcher. Once you go through his dialogue he will follow you back.
When you reach the gates Fletcher will leave and your party member will be returned, head inside and go over to the hospital. Inside ask Nurse Flinkman about the thief, then head up to Edwinson and ask if anybody came in with a wounded hand. Leave the hospital and go over to the restrooms, then use the vent inside to travel to the sewer. Head down the tunnel and at the junction use Mechanical Repair on the valve to go right.
Follow this path all the way until you reach a room with a Roach. When the roach is dead go into the room and loot the body as well as the synth and bag sitting on the crate to get all the stolen items, Runyon Pearson ID and a Note from Malachi.
You can also repair a toaster in here to get some Baby Wipes and loot a rigged chest. Head back through to the restrooms and make your way over to the hospital to return Nurse Flinkman's supplies.
Head out and over to where the Enforcement Captain's room is to speak with Sheriff Marshall. Go through the dialogue options so she releases Jonathon, who you can find in the centre area by the trader, to collect a reward.
Then speak with the merchant and mention Lindy Lou to get some ventilator parts. Head out into the farm area and speak with Lindy Lou to give her tools back and hand over the ventilator parts to receive a Rodia Ticket.
Head west of Lindy and into a goat pen. Speak with Ethan White here and hand over the Gloves you have to get three bottles of milk. Next head over to Mr. Paladino to give back his watch.
Once you have done this, SAVE your game. Head into the fenced area and watch Fletchers execution without intervening. This will cause Tori Robinson to start a riot and you will unlock. Head into the centre area again but this time speak with Mr. Manners and interrupt him. Choose either of the two and while he makes another speech, interrupt again to reveal what Tori Robinson was planning behind his back.
How Rude 58 25 Help Mr. Manners will now start a third speech. Once the scene ends head over to where you enter the farming section and instead enter the travel point nearby to enter Mr. Manners inside and select 'Eating' and 'Proof'.
This will convince Mr. Manners to put an end to the cannibalism and unlock. Secret Achievement 67 25 Continue playing to unlock this achievement.
Finally mention the radio and head out the room and through the door to the south to use a repeater on the terminal leave the radio next to it alone. HQ will then contact you. Head out and open your map to locate the armoury.
Head over and enter to get a bunch of good loot. Walk around a little until you hear about Tori and her followers escaping over the PA system. Once you hear this head back to Mr. Manners and offer to track her down to get a new location on the map. Once you have this head out and make your way over to it.
Head north, disarming a lot of landmines along the way. Follow the path west when it curves and when you get close to the Robinson camp you should find a toaster. Loot this for a Toaster Heating Element.
Head into the camp and speak with Tori. Tell her you can't forget to start a fight. The enemies here are not very tough. Take out the enemy with the RPG first and it should be smooth sailing. Loot Tori's head from her body then return to Angel Oracle. Pop in to see Sam to hand over the Heating Element then go and show Mr. Tell him about Sam and he will reward you again and allow you to take his cat litter which again, we don't need.
Pop over to Rodia quickly and see the mayor to update him on the trade deal with the Mannerites. Leave and head over near Santa Monica where you should get a distress call about a kidnapping. This will open up a location nearby, so head over and enter.
Head west up the street and you will come across six fighters of God's Militia, attack them and kill them all before they harm any of the hostages. When they are dead you can loot a bad of Zeolite from Jim Beavens. Speak with the hostages and they leave when you are done. Inside will be a high level trinket. Back at the intersection go west to find a toaster. Inside will be the A. Wealthy Battlemaster Bomber; head out when you pick this up.
In the wasteland go south-east of the Aqueduct and walk around until you get another distress call, which opens a new location nearby. When it appears enter. Head inside and speak with Igg Humperdinck who will ask for some help with a synth; agree to do so.
Heal up because the next fight can be tough. When you are ready head inside to discover the synth is a massive robot scorpion. At the beginning of the fight it will release three mini-scorpions. Take these out first then focus on the big guy.
The quickest way to end this fight is to use precision strikes and target it's CPU. This seems to get critical hits pretty regularly and does bonus damage. When the scorpion is defeated, look to the left for two containers. One will be very high for your Lockpicker so use Brute Force instead. Report back to Igg and he will now sell you his wares. When you are ready leave for the wasteland.
Head up to Angel Oracle and start moving north-east. When you get through the radiation a random encounter should trigger saying 'Mannerites on Rooftops', choose to attack them. You will now have to fight someone named Stolls and a group of cannibals. When you are back in the wasteland, search the area on the other side of the radiation.
You should find a Mysterious Shrine, a cache and finally Hollywood. When you locate Hollywood make a couple of saves just in case you save over one by accident and cannot return to this point. When you're ready head inside. Go to the very far north end of town to find a terminal; interact with it to speak with Matthias. Matthias will ask you to wipe out the Leather Jerks from Rodia.
Here choose 'Act', 'Town of Rodia', 'Future'. This will end the conversation. Speak with Matthias again and choose 'Useful' and 'Do' to get your next task, which is wiping out Angel Oracle. So leave Hollywood and go do so. Once Angel Oracle is decimated enough your log book will update. Return to Matthias to tell him the news. Select 'Overcome' then 'Do This' to get your next task: Begin killing people in Hollywood until you have cleared the place out then go to the terminal.
Just to the left of it use Brute Force to remove the large blocks revealing a manhole for you to go down then enter Griffith Park. Here you will arrive in Bastion. Head inside and kill McDade. For me this was enough to fulfill my quota. If you need to continue, kill more until the log book updates. You must now go down to Santa Fe Springs and eliminate him. Return to Matthias who will now give you the highest level radiation suit. Equip it and leave.
Then go to Santa Fe before heading directly south, until you reach an area called Seal Beach. When you find it go inside. Go north as far as you can until you find another Matthias terminal. Speak to it for the game to end and unlock. Secret Achievement 92 25 Continue playing to unlock this achievement.
By now you have probably maxed out a lot of characters skills. If this is the case, I expanded Roses skill set to include Energy Weapons making her more viable against synths and robots. A little further north will be a merchant named Ratboy, who will refuse to speak with you properly until you buy a piece of junk from him Riding Spurs are the cheapest. If you buy something, exhaust all his dialogue. North-west of Ratboy will be Ma Brown. Speak to her about her problems and offer to help out.
Go back to Ratboy and go east and down a manhole when you reach it. Underground head into a room with slaves locked in cages. When you walk in far enough the slaver Swifty and his lackeys will attack. Loot Swifty's body when they are all dead and you can get a key to all the doors and crates here. If you don't want to pick them, though why lose XP? Each door still has explosives set that need to be defused.
Be sure to search all of the containers to pick up Swifty's Orderbook. Head back to the surface and this time go west from Ratboy. Eventually you will find someone called Mary asking for help. Head into the graveyard behind her to take care of some hostile pigs. A small scene will play afterwards.
Then speak with Raji and hand over the guitar you got earlier for the Anarchy Patch trinket. You can also get more background info from him. Go south-west next and speak with Johnny Maloney. Offer to help him with his pest problem, then go west to take out some Toads and Bloodbeasts. Once the creatures are dead look in the area for a trapped and alarmed safe. There should also be a grave you notice with Perception. Dig up the grave to get a. Head back to Mahoney for your reward.
Leave the cemetery and cross the road to find Officer Lam. Next, go see Ma Brown to let her know the matter is solved. From Ma Brown go north to the next intersection. Then go west along the north side of the street to go in between two buildings where you will find a park. In the corner under some swings is a toaster to fix for a Walk of Fame Star. South from the toaster in a corner, hidden by a tree, is a trapped safe. Open it and take the Manny Wong Photos.
Opposite the safe on the other side of the park enter a door to find Rambeu's shop. In the front room is a locked container with an alarm and explosive trap. There is a good chance it will contain the Jackhammer, an excellent shotgun. In the front room speak with Rambeau and select 'Knife' to hand over the Pocket Knife you found ages ago. He will give you one of the best bladed weapons in the game in return.
Trade with Rambeau and buy all of his. Don't use it yet, though; save it and the ammo for later. Leave the store and exit the park to continue west until you reach a casino. Head inside and speak to Manny Wong. When they ask if you are officers say 'Yes', then agree to help. When given the option, mention the illicit photos and hand them over to Manny. You can then exhaust all other dialogue.
Cross the street to find Martha and George standing in front of a store. When she asks about it, hand it over in exchange for some cookies. Speak with George and ask if he needs help and he will mention his shop filled with roaches. Agree to fix it for him and go through all the other dialogue.
Inside the store all the roaches are dead. Interact with the nearby puppy and select 'Dog' for it to become a follower. In the corner is a toaster with a Glass Gecko Bong inside. If you can be bothered, you can take this back to Rodia and hand it to Mr. Gekko in the bank for the Barter skillbook, The 8 Rituals of Very Impactful People only if you killed the mayor and stuck with it. Leave the store and speak to George for a reward. Travel east from the shop and and when the conversation window pops up, use the Kiss-Ass option to give the puppy to the couple nearby.
Go back to where Martha and George's store is and go south to an intersection. On the south-west corner enter a door to find Schwag's Drug Store. Inside speak with Flo and go through all the options. She will then leave. Head to the back of the diner and use Brute Force to open the door. Then speak with Duke Schwag and use both options to start a confrontation.
Loot the bodies and if you didn't get the Jackhammer in Rambeau's, you can get a unique version from Duke called the Infernator. Disarm and crack the safe and collect Duke Schwag's Ledger; you can loot container as well. Exit the diner and head into the cemetery to find Flo. Tell her Schwag is dead and she will take over the diner. Return to Schwags but don't go inside. Instead travel north and enter Heidi's Hollywood Hideaway.
Inside speak with Heidi. You can hand over the slavery evidence if you like. Ask if Heidi needs help then ask again and agree before exhausting the rest of the dialogue options. Then go through the door at the north end of the building. Head to the door on the left. Try to open it to trigger a trap, killing a bodyguard on the other side. Unlock the door and in the room examine the pot on the right of the next door to find a lever. Use this to open the door. Inside the room examine the desk to get a code , then disarm and unlock the safe to get the Salt Lab Keycard.
Go back to the entrance and enter the other room now to find Veronica. Speak with Veronica and select the options 'Indulge' and 'Master Sergeant'. Then head into the nearby hallway and enter the second door on the right. Speak to the Master Sergeant in the room and select 'Phallus' and 'Deign' to hand over the Big Black Dildo in return for a blunt weapon. Go slightly north then east until you reach the next intersection and go to the north-east corner to enter Hotel California.
Inside speak with Don a few times and he will attack along with the two guys at the gate. Unlock the gate then bust down the wall next to it to reach a locked container and trapped safe before taken the northern door outside into an alley where you will be attacked by Beast and Lil Beast.
Lil Beast will likely attack first so focus on Beast before he gets his turn then finish the little guy off. Loot the container and safe in the alley then head over to the door and use the code to unlock it and go through and into the sewers.
Head north and disarm the tripwire you find. At the intersection there will be a container just north of you, tthen go west and follow the path. When you arrive at the next intersection, there will be two more containers to the south; be sure to loot them.
Go north and disarm another tripwire and move up slightly. Quicksave and deselect your party to take a single member back to the intersection and go west. You need to approach to guards close enough to overhear them but not too close they see you and start a fight. If you fail, reload and try again.
When they start moving towards you, join the rest of the party in the northern tunnel. When they check the looted containers they will mention someone named Bob and a new location Redondo Beach will be marked on the map. Inside loot the bag, then head to the end of the path and push the button. This will reveal another location on the map Irvine and unlock.
Secret Achievement 39 15 Continue playing to unlock this achievement. Return to the intersection and follow the north tunnel into a fight with six Salt Thugs. When they are dead disarm the nearby tripwires and knock down the wall to the east. Head through to a gate with a tripwire in front of it.
Disarm the tripwire and the gate before unlocking it. The room ahead has a bunch of locked containers, so go ahead and loot them all. Go into the tunnel going west and disarm another tripwire. At the next junction, continue west to find another tripwire. Then disarm and unlock a gate. Fix the toaster for him and he will give you a second Salt Lab Keycard.
Head up the passage beside Vipula and remove the tripwire. At the end of the path is a door you can open with the keycard. Inside turn south and enter the lab to fight nine Salt Workers. When the enemies are all dead, loot some containers around the room.
Then use a character to aim at and destroy the drug vats. Return to the room you found all the containers in before, then disarm and open a gate leading east. Head through and disarm the tripwire, then go north and disarm another one before facing some more Salt Thugs--though this is optional.
Back at the intersection go east and follow the path to find a junkie camp. Take the southern exit from the camp and at the next junction go south again to return to the entrance. Then leave for the wasteland. Open up your map and locate Irvine. Head over to it and on your way stop in to Rodia. Just inside the gate, find Samuel and use the Walk of Fame Star on the wall in the corner. Then speak to one the Rodia guards at the entrance for the Crowd Control shotgun.
Leave Rodia then continue to and enter Irvine. When you enter speak with Aaron Chwatt and use the Kiss-Ass option. Head over to the right and unlock a building. Inside push the red button on a terminal and return to the entrance to see Chwatt run away. You can now leave, open up the map and head over to Redondo Beach. Inside speak with Bob; do not choose the Hard-Ass option. Select your digger on his own and dig up every hole there's in total , in one of them you will find Bob's Statue.
When you dig them all up you will unlock. Return to Bob and hand over the statue. Head back out to the wasteland and return to Hollywood. Inside go north to the second intersection then east and take the exit here. When you enter go to your right to find the merchant Jason Zeng. This guy has some great hardware. Look at getting the G41 assault rifle and the M for Rose.
Don't bother with the SMG, as you will get a much better one very soon. North of Jason is a man named Edwin. Speak with him and ask for directions, then go through all the information. To the north-west of Edwin you can find a skill point statue on a street corner.
Go north-east from the statue and enter the building you find. Inside loot the bookshelf for The Griffith Observatory: A toaster on the bar can be opened for the History of Pies Menu. Speak to the person at the bar to find Chris, the person Manny is after. Speak with Julianne, the barkeeper. Go through all her options, and choose the Kiss-Ass option when it arrives. In the eastern room speak with Alex Bermudez and choose 'Aspirant', 'Faking', 'Lying' and 'Brother' and he will ask to follow you, so let him.
In the main bar room, open the door on the north wall to find a safe. This cannot be opened using skills. Through one of the doors will be a doctor, who will heal you.
Unlock the other door and open two containers. One will have loot the other will have a second briefcase of poker chips. Once you are done, head back outside.
Head to the north end of the area and speak with Preacher Revelation Gundersson. Go through all the dialogue then go through the gate and into Griffith Park. Begin by heading east from the entrance to find a man named Billy. Continue until you reach a fork and take the north-west path where you will need to disarm a bunch of landmines and soon come across a group of enemies consisting of Bloodbeasts, Toads and Honey Badgers. Once the enemies are all dead continue going north-west and you should soon find a toaster hiding in some grass.
Repair it to get Galileo's Telescope. Keep going north-west until you reach a dead end and uncover a digging spot. Go south from here and ignore the group of people you find. Loot it and collect the Snake Squeezin's inside. Once you have everything return to Hollywood. Head over to Officer Lam and mention Billy and his friends. If you kept the three items like I suggested you can hand them over.
Next up go and see Manny to hand over the poker chips for some XP and scrap, then head into the graveyard. Leave Hollywood brielfly and travel to Salt Lake Park. Go to the intercom to speak with Dupre and give him the Galileo's Telescope. In return you will get the Eviscerator SMG. This is the best SMG weapon in the game. If you saved up your. Keep your other SMG as a backup, just in case. You can now return to Griffith Park. When you enter go see Billy and let him know he is free to go home, then head up to the group of people you ignored earlier and speak to Knight Captain Garza for a fight to begin.
Focus all of your firepower on Garza. Speak with Garza after you defeat him, then use the control box to the right of the massive doors to open them and enter. On the other side of the doors go south and loot an ammo crate then speak to the Ecstatic Knight calling you scum for Alex to find his brother. Go north now and loot another ammo box, then look for a woman named Maggie and speak to her. Say 'No' to joining the Militia she will then move to a more private location.
Follow her to continue your conversation. Pick 'Escape' then use the Kiss-Ass option and agree to help. In return you will get the God's Militia Censer trinket. Once you have this go through the rest of her conversation choices. Across from Maggie is a fenced off area which you are not allowed to enter. Go around to the side of the fence where you will see a hole. Pick the lock of the container through the hole then collect Simm's Eye. Head slightly south to speak with Sister Yee and go through all her dialogue, then enter the observatory.
As you enter you will be stopped by Paladin Sanctity White, who will demand some alcohol. Choose 'Obey' and go to Scotchmo who should still be holding some Snake Squeezin's, so hand over one of them.
Next to the door is Priest Sprayer who sells some top shelf weaponry. If you need a second one purchase a G41 for your other AR user I was lucky to get one as loot. You should also grab all the. Head into the north room to meet Ascension McDade.
Talk to him about the Broken Man and he will confess it is him. Tell him he should go to Veronica then agree to speak to her for him. Ask to join the Church of the Vigilant and he will be suspicious of you but will allow you to help him, as it is to his benefit. So agree and he will explain everything. When you can, mention the Radio Tower as your reward and make the deal. You can now go through the rest of the dialogue options.
Once you have the books speak with Retribution Jones and ask to join the Church Militant. He will also give you conditions for doing so. Agree when you can and go through his dialogue. Head out of this room and go west.
Look around for two small bookshelves standing back to back and examine them your Perception should be maxed by now to reveal a hidden panel. Loot the shelves to collect Killing for Morons. Giving this to a character will give them level 10 in the Combat Shooting Skill ensuring they almost always land a critical hit. I prefer to give this skill to my sniper as it almost always results in a one-shot kill.
Once you give it to somebody you will unlock. Speak with Fealty again and ask about her black eye then use the Smart-Ass option. Then ask for evidence against Malediction and she will get it for you. You can then go through the rest of the dialogue choices. Talk to Malediction now and agree to his request, he will ask you to kill the other two leaders and frame them for each others death.
Agree, then end the discussion. Go see Jones and hand over the evidence you got from Fealty. Select 'Deal' then 'Radio Tower' and Jones will leave and a scene will play out. By the end you will unlock. Head into Retribution Jones' area and place the Vigilant Sunglasses on one of the small tables.
This will begin a fight with Jones and his followers. This fight can be a bit tough. The enemies themselves aren't all that strong but there are a lot of them and if they all gang up on one character, they can go down quite easily. So watch your HP and patch up accordingly. Once everyone is dead make your way over to McDades room and place the Militant Armour on the table. This fight is much easier than the last one, as McDade is the only one to kill.
When both are dead return to Mayweather who unsurprisingly turns on you. You will now have to kill Mayweather and a group of cronies, including his wife. You don't need to worry about killing everybody; you only need to focus your attacks on Mayweather. As soon as Mayweather goes down you will unlock. Head in to see McDade.
He is who we will be helping now. Give McDade the evidence against Mayweather and a scene will play out. McDade will kill Mayweather and Jones will not challenge him. Then loot Mayweathers body and collect the Bastion Radio Tower Gate Key once you have this you can leave the observatory. Before going further, put on the church armour McDade gave you to prevent the Ecstatics from attacking you.
