Well done to all. I was so worried about coming into a nursing home and being bored staring at a television or the usual 4 walls but I have been pleasantly surprised, the girls work so hard and sian always asks individuals their preference of activities or outing.

We also employ eight other first level Registered Nurses to help in the running of the home. As Registered Nurses they are continually updating their professional knowledge to comply with the Nursing Supervisory bodies.

We also have ten care assistants with diplomas in Health and Social Care. We had some patients from halsdown nursing home in for our Christmas lunch and I must commend the staff for their passion and attentiveness to their clients. Not once did I see any of the staff members having private conversations, they were involving all patients and the table was full of laughter.
