Primecoin is a CPU mined cryptocurrency. The algorithm used as proof-of-work depends on the generation of special strings of prime numbers, called Cunningham chains and bi-twin chains. This guide will show you to set-up a virtualized cloud web server step by step and use it for Primecoin mining. First we have to register an account with a cloud server provider. One of the best providers for cryptocurrency mining is Digital Ocean.
