The company delivers the plastic cards to countries worldwide. With the standard delivery it takes 3 weeks for the card to arrive in EU and up to 8 weeks in the rest of the world. The standard shipping is free. Users may choose the expedite delivery option for an additional 33 USD fee in order to receive the bitcoin debit cards faster. In this case shipping only takes a few days in the EU and days into other countries outside of Europe.
The conversion between bitcoin and the base currency only takes a simple touch in the app that is available in both Google Play for Android users and in the App Store for iOS users. Wirex communication, in these cases, is based only in email. Simply put, they have no clue about both, the tracking number nor the card itself. When a customer order a plastic card, they order it from a bank and have no control of the process at all.

I know wirex are transisioning from mastercard to visa and i have had to order a new visa card which is apparaently on its way, still its now the 6th of June and i sent the money back on the 25th and have submitted 2 support tickets and they have gone unanswered to this date.
I sent bitcoin to pay for card and load wallet, not huge amounts but neither appeared in my account. I logged a support case that got passed to refunds but contact has not been heard for over a week.
