IMO big money and good profits come mainly from altcoins. People that got scammed by media or their financial investors, really unlucky situation and I completely sympathize with them, but that doesn't mean we need a radical change in this market.
For a lot of people, this system works and gives good profits. We just need the market to bounce back and stop the downtrend, thats it. The only argument i find really valid and serious about proof of work algorythms is the power consumsion and the damage to our natural resources.
