Fpga bitcoin mining rig build

I'm up and running. I don't see any impact right now on my hash rate for max coin though. Also, I'm getting the block info by opening the console in the wallet an typing "getinfo" Currently: Here is my miner And here is my riecoin.
I'm running on 9 cores across two machines. Might be more, but I need to GPU mine too: Oh and why is the time to block so dang high? It's like for me: I am now windows only mining, using the official windows wallet from http: Possible virus in the official wallet: Possible because I have 4 GPUs also mining at the same time? My MQ 7 threads. I might fire up another Azure trial to run riecoin to see what happens.
My local nod32 install didn't find anything wrong with the file, but just to be safe I removed the link. Begin scan in 'C: I'm kool with it. This is a false positive, all the bitcoin miners i have used do this, nothing to worry about: I'll probably wait for a pool anyway. Regarding viruses I agree with scoutcamper this is mostly likely a false positive.
As soon as there is software out there for a pool i intend to put one up: I'm using the one from 1gh, where did you get yours? How does the "Proof of Work" work? That's not much difference, so finding prime numbers is not practical for a PoW. One possible solution for this is looking for prime number constellations like twin prime numbers, or triplets, etc , that is n "consecutive" prime numbers. Consecutive in this case means that they are grouped as closely as possible minimizing the distance between the first and the last one.
This allows us to make the generation arbitrarily more difficult than the verification. Difficulty can be adjusted by changing the length of the prime numbers. So each block represents six prime numbers.
I was hoping I'd wake up to a nice fat riecoin wallet this morning, but it's still empty. I quit this morning, not worth competing against farms of s of machines. I found 1 block. I think its block 1, I'm mining with 13 cores. How much is it worth? There's an updated nodes list if it makes any difference. I just updated my config. Riecon coming to ypool! Riecoin is now up on ypool! Have started mining on ypool with their CPU miner.
There are now two exchanges: That 50 block reward must have been finger lickin good Also, looks like worker count for Metiscoin is dropping quite a bit, as people are switching to Riecoin.
Their miner just got stuck in some crazy "connecting to server" loop where it connects, then loses the connection I'm currently connected, and don't seem to be having a problem. Don't know what to suggest, just providing a data point. My cpu is very weak anyway I'll skip Riecoin for now, I'm running Vanitey generator still.
I gave up on the opencl version, errors after a while, and finding a "pharaoh" BTC address is painfully slow on my cpu. D Maybe it's my latency? Usually it's only ms Yeah, I'm getting ms ping on one machine, and ms on another. Restarted the miner and the ms ping is at Just horribly inconsistent I guess. Well, don't forget that I am on Satellite internet, so ms ping is a goooood day on the internetz: A share goes in like once every 30 minutes or something for me Unless I get a better CPU anyway.
Besides, I have to use 3 cores otherwise I take a large cgminer performance hit. I have 5 RIC since whenever I posted about ypool. They were coming in crazy fast initially, but it's getting slower. That means riecoin now has one pool and one exchange. In 9 days on 2 computers with 12 threads total running, I've got 14 RIC, worth about 0.
I'm going to switch back to MMC. Same stuff I threw at Metiscoin, but with much better results. Well, that's assuming it hits a real exchange, and gives me more than 0. Just installed this myself and going to give it a try under windows, so may be asking for some help here soon!
I got 4 systems running all with their own Worker Id's in ytool. This is fairly new to me.. Ypool will hold on to them until you tell then your RIC deposit address. Am i better to leave the coins in Rie, or should i just set ypool to auto transfer out to my wallet? No reason to leave them there to be honest, if you want you can set it to transfer out with a larger amount so that you have less fees.
Good to know, i didn't get into mining when it was all about GPU mining, but i have some CPU power i can use and now and then i get new servers i need to burn in and test, example i have 2x Dual Dell R dual 12 core Xeon's in each sitting idle right now.
Mine it at beeeeer. Nope, 1 wallet per coin. Linky link to XPM wallet: K good to know then,. Riecoin is now on Coin Market Cap: Is anyone still mining this coin?
I'm thinking about stopping soon because of summer and electricity costs. I am, up to RIC so far: How long did it take to get that again?
I'm going to hold in the hope of better price. I haven't stopped mining, but I'm only around 70 RIC so far. Also I read somewhere this morning it hit a new exchange today, but I forgot which one. Here it is http: Also there are some nice optimized miners now.
Make sure you're running them if you're still mining this coin. Isn't that a bad thing?
